Yesterday, together with a delegation from the Order of Engineers of Catania, I took part in the 5th Legislative Commission of the Sicilian Regional Assembly.
During the hearing, the difficulties encountered by professionals and clients in carrying out the building amnesty procedures referred to in Articles 167 and 181 of Legislative Decree No. 42 of 22/01/2004 (Code of Cultural Heritage and Landscape) were presented, and a request was made to take appropriate measures to simplify and speed up the current procedure.
